中國SPMT(自行式液壓平板車)運(yùn)輸663噸二級脫水反應(yīng)塔，超大超強(qiáng)

9月11日，廣東珠海，天捷CHINAHEAVYLIFT 中國 SPMT（自行式液壓平板車）完成了BP英國石油公司的二級反應(yīng)脫水塔的運(yùn)輸。反應(yīng)塔尺寸為 58.44m×8.6m×9.5m，重量高達(dá)663.4噸，從高欄港到BP公司，運(yùn)輸距離約為10公里。廣東火電工程總公司使用了46軸線的天捷CHINAHEAVYLIFT中國SPMT，來完成這次超大超重的項(xiàng)目。整個(gè)過程持續(xù)約20小時(shí)，SPMT 平均速度為 0.5km/h。
使用SPMT來運(yùn)輸這個(gè)超大超重的二級反應(yīng)塔，在規(guī)劃以及設(shè)計(jì)線路上，都是極其困難的。整個(gè)項(xiàng)目組為此多次召開會(huì)議，最終敲定了安全與技術(shù)相結(jié)合的最優(yōu)方案，使用天捷CHINAHEAVYLIFT SPMT。
這次二次脫水塔的成功運(yùn)輸，得到了BP英國石油公司和廣東火電工程總公司專家的一致的認(rèn)可。項(xiàng)目的成功，也證明了天捷CHINAHEAVYLIFT中國SPMT不僅可以在普通場內(nèi)倒運(yùn)中完成任務(wù)，也同樣可以出色的完成超復(fù)雜和超精細(xì)的運(yùn)輸任務(wù)。天捷CHINAHEAVYLIFT和廣東火電工程總公司也都為接下來的港珠澳大橋3500噸運(yùn)輸項(xiàng)目積累了寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，人們對中國的SPMT-天捷CHINAHEAVYLIFT SPMT有了更多的信任和信心。

On September 11, CHINAHEAVYLIFT-Tianjie Heavy Industries’SPMT Self-Propelled Modular Transporters completed the transportation project of the secondary dehydration Tower for BP chemical limited company in Zhuhai, Guangdong province, south China by GPEC. The dimensions of the secondary dehydration tower are 58.44m×8.6m×9.5m, the weight of the cargo was 663.4 tones. The whole journey was about 10 kilometers from Gaolan port to the BP Company. GPEC wisely chose the 46 axle lines CHINAHEAVYLIFT-Tianjie SPMT Self-Propelled Modular Transporters to overcome the restrictions of overall dimensions, overweight and saddle position. The transportation takes about 20 hours. The average speed of the CHINAHEAVYLIFT-Tianjie Heavy Industries SPMT is 0.5km/h.

It is extremely difficult to arrange the route for transporting this heavy gauge secondary dehydrating tower by SPMT Self-Propelled Modular Transporters. The project team held several meetings to finalize the safest, technology-combined solution and arranged the commissioning of the SPMT.

The successful transportation of the secondary dehydrating tower obtains accordant recognition by the BP owners and experts in GPEC. This project has proved that CHINAHEAVYLIFT-Tianjie Heavy Industries’ SPMT can do well in not only the normal onsite job, but also the complicated and sophisticated oversized transportation. CHINAHEAVYLIFT-Tianjie Heavy Industries and GPEC have also acquired valuable experience for the following HZMB project of 3500 tones transportation mission. People have also paid more trust and confidence in Chinese SPMTs Self-Propelled Modular Transporters.
